A meatup is an IRL get-together of internet friends, for the purpose of buttsecks. The word is a deliberate misspelling of the word "meetup," originally used to secretly bitch edit Marcus Prime's "Meetup at BotCon" thread on TFans. The source of humor in this edit came from Marcus Prime being a creepy guy who liked to talk about his sexuality a lot.
